Application Requirements

• Copy of 2015- 2016 STAAR Results

 

• 40th Percentile on STAAR, ELA and MATH

  • Grade 7 ELA –  Scale Score 1609

  • Grade 7 Math –  Scale Score 1600

  • Grade 8 ELA –  Scale Score – 1644

  • Grade 8 Math –  Scale Score - 1628

 

 

• Copy of your most recent report card                                                   

• GPA = 75 (English, Math, Science, S.S.)

 

 

• Copy of Proof of Residence or Utility Bill                                   

• Utility Bill (water, light, gas),mortgage or lease agreement along with completed Affidavit (if needed)

 

• Copy of Parent ID

 

• 5 to 8 Graded work samples

  • Ex. At least 2 persuasive essays and/or projects that show your creativity and how well you can justify an opinion (such as: poems, journal entries, science projects, ect.)                           NO WORKSHEET

 

 

• Completed Application (on-line & printed)                                                               

 

• Signed by both parent and student
