Mock Trial

 

The Law Magnet Mock Trial program has a rich history of fierce competition and students who are successful beyond high school, college and law school. The program emphasizes rules of evidence, skills of persuasion, a bit of "dramatic" flair and an incredible opportunity to learn the workings of the legal system.

 

Under the guidance and coaching of Mr. Don Gonzalez, a Law Magnet graduate and former member of the Mock Trial team, the team competes in the Dallas ISD, Region X and Texas State High School Mock Trial Competitions.
