THE LAW MAGNET CLUSTERS
Criminal Justice Cluster
The Walter Williams Criminal Justice Cluster provides students that are interested in law enforcement an opportunity to explore professions at the national, state and local levels. Instructors with experience in the areas of public safety, probation and the military use their insight and experience to guide our students through their career exploration including forensics, crime scene investigation, proper police procedures, the origins of crime, crime prevention and a myriad of other topics. The success of our program is demonstrated by our graduates who have successfully entered the career and have excelled at all levels of law enforcement.
Government and Law Cluster
The Government and Law Cluster provides students an opportunity to explore legal careers and public service at all levels of government. Instructors with experience in law, economics and political science guide our students through their career explorations which include mock trials, mock legislative sessions, constitutional law and mastery based team teaching. The success of our program is demonstrated by our graduates who have been accepted at colleges and universities across the United States and attend Harvard, Yale Stanford, NYU, Amherst, Kenyon, Southwestern, Texas, A&M, University of Texas and many more.
